The process leverages the Alteryx Mongo database and the automated Alteryx workflow documentation to send alerts every 30 minutes with a detailed error messages including the table(s), Tableau dashboard, current owner, and team. This also includes a process to submit a ticket through Azure Dev Ops when the issue is unresolvable by the developer along with a process to document the resolution so the system will know its been resolved and contain the solution for others to utilize if future problems arise.
